Complaints and the CCTS
What to do if we have not put something right, and who to go to if we still have not.
Start with us
Call (705) 479-2302 or write to support@loonwireless.ca. Most things are settled on the first call. Tell us what happened and what you want done about it.
If the person you speak to cannot resolve it, ask for it to be escalated. We will give you a reference and tell you when you will hear back.
If we do not resolve it
The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) is an independent organisation with the authority to resolve complaints from customers of telephone, wireless, internet and television service providers.
It is free to use. Bring your complaint to us first — the CCTS will normally ask that you have given us a chance to fix it before they take it on.
The CCTS can look at things like billing disputes, service delivery, contract terms and credit or deposit issues. Full details of what falls within its mandate are on its website.
