Where we cover
Our tower has to be able to see your house. That is why we check the address rather than the street.

Why we have to look at your house
Your internet comes from a small antenna on your house to an antenna on our tower. The two have to be able to see each other. The signal will not go through a hill and it will not reliably go through trees.
So two houses on the same street can get different answers. We cannot tell you from a postal code, and neither can anybody else.
How we find out
We look from the road first. If that is not clear enough, we come out and measure. Either way it is free, there is nothing to sign, and we tell you the answer even when it is no.
If your house cannot see the tower, sometimes putting the antenna higher or on a different wall fixes it. We will say so and tell you what is involved.
What gets in the way
- A hill between you and the tower
- Thick trees, worse in summer with the leaves on
- A bigger building in the way
- The antenna being on the wrong side of the house

Check your address
What happens next
We will tell you right away whether we cover your address. Then we come and check the tower can see your house, which is free and takes a few minutes.
If we are not in your town yet, leave the address anyway. We call people back when we get there, and where people ask is how we decide where to build next.
