We build from towers outward. Whether we reach a particular building comes down to line of sight, not to which street it is on.

How line of sight works
Fixed wireless is a radio link between an antenna on your building and an antenna on a tower. The signal does not bend around hills and it does not go through them. Trees matter too, and they matter more in summer with leaves on.
That is why we cannot answer from a postal code. Two houses on the same street can get different answers, and the one further from the tower is sometimes the one that works.
What we do about it
We check from the road first. If that is not conclusive we come out and measure. It costs you nothing and we tell you either way — including when the answer is no. Selling an install that then does not work is worse for us than not selling it.
If your building cannot see a tower, sometimes a taller mount or a different wall fixes it. We will tell you if that is the case and what it involves.
Things that block a link
- A hill or ridge between you and the tower
- Dense standing timber, worse in summer
- A larger building in the path
- Mounting on the wrong side of the house
